Job Description

About The Role

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. May also schedule meetings and travel for executives.

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 3:00pm – 8:00pm and Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm. Coverage for Stat holidays is required.

Wage: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • To service all client inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion
  • Remain abreast on all product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
  • Takes payments for services and product.
  • The ability to multi task and remain a director of first impressions whilst in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Prepare correspondence and documents as necessary


  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Computer Skills – MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel
  • Automotive retail experience an asset but not required
